Ingredients: Kale, shredded white cabbage, lentils, fresh dill, cucumber, grapefruit, pomegranate seeds, organic feta, pistachios, Casa Ayla avocado oil, lemon juice, sea salt. Ritual: Massage the kale with avocado oil and lemon until soft and easier to digest. Layer with cabbage, lentils, dill, and cucumber. Add citrus segments, pomegranate seeds, and more lentils. Finish with crumbled feta, crushed pistachios, and a final sprinkle of dill. Colorful, balanced, and protein rich. A winter salad that truly eats like a meal.
