This one’s for the in-between moments—when the body feels strong, the mind is clear, and the day hasn’t quite rushed in. It’s simple, but purposeful. A blend we turn to after movement, when the sunlight is soft and the kitchen is quiet. Let each ingredient land with intention. Drink slowly, and feel it nourish you from the inside out.

1 scoop of vegan or whey protein powder (I use truvani chocolate)

1 tbsp of Thorne Creatine

1 tbsp of bee pollen (local)

1 tbsp of walnut / macadamia butter (I use the brand blueprint)
